SUMMARY:
Management Business Solutions is seeking to hire a Retail assistant Store Manager in Shelby, MT.  The Assistant Store Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations of the store to meet all operational and merchandising objectives. This individual will also train and model for team members company standards for quality, safety, and customer service.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Ensures store meets all operational and merchandising goals.
  • Assist Store Leader in leading the store team.
  • Assist the manager in organizing, planning and implementing strategy.
  • Drives and analyze store sales.
  • Provides operational management experience.
  • Coach and build teammate relationships in a fast paced and ever changing environment.
  • Direct and motivate a team of diverse team members.
  • Maintain quality service by enforcing organization standards.
 
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 4 year college degree OR equivalent experience required.
  • Minimum of 1 year of progressive leadership experience in a retail environment required.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office required.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced and quickly changing environment.
  • Available to work early mornings, days, nights, and weekends to meet store needs.
