Oversight and Management of the daily functions of the IT department and work collaboratively with the Management Team to ensure that the information and technology needs of various departments are met.

Develop and document 5 year technology strategy (completed and reviewed and approved by Senior Management during first 90 days)
Spend regular scheduled one on one time with your team members individually and as a group to establish and maintain collaborative goals, discuss vision and encourage ideas to improve the service and the value perceived by the business. Meetings should be documented and shared with COO and CFO.
Identify SLAs that align with business and KPIs for measurement of service model preferable ITIL compliant
Education of team on regulatory, compliance related requirements and controls; creation and adherence of processes to align accordingly
Escalation and management of incidents to vendors, ownership of all root cause analysis and improvement planning, identify and execute resolution of recurring issues.
Document Standard Operating Procedures for IT teams, ensuring these are reviewed by Management, distributed and understood by all users of the services.
Collaboration and extensive communication with Management Team on enterprise projects as well as IT operations.
Standard and on demand service reporting model – in conjunction with dashboard and heat-map for all systems including phone and incident and changes.
Active contributor in strategic and operational IT planning and execution for Company
Utilize tools, create, and adhere to processes and continuously promote team member awareness on data security.
Ensure basic IT standards are being followed by end users and IT team.
Training and mentoring for IT team members.
Creation, reconciliation and adherence to operational and capital budget for department.
Management of local IT assets.
Interface with vendors, executing appropriate management controls for projects, procurement and activities.
Support the policies of Company.
At least 10+ years of relevant IT management experience and project / vendor management experience within an exceptional customer service setting.
5 years IT transformation experience with 3 years demonstrable cloud migration of vendor and self developed applications
Proven experience and ability to manage multiple small to medium sized project simultaneously – including e-mail migration and server decommission projects
Cloud certification desirable
Demonstrate a high degree of sound judgment and decision making abilities
Defined SLAs / KPIs
Must be able to remain calm under pressure
Exhibit highly effective interpersonal and time management skills
